Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Returned products must be unused and in original condition whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order furniture
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
